Hello! I can’t wait to help you make some magic! However, there are few things to consider when requesting a custom order. Please read the following carefully before submitting your form.

As an artist, I have my own style and my pieces reflect this. You can see my style via Instagram @carysmartinceramics or on my website www.carysmartinceramics.com.
Please don’t request something that is obviously outside of my style or ask me to re- create another artist’s work.
Everything I create is completely handmade. This means items are susceptible to slight variations, as each handmade piece is subtly unique. This is the beauty of a truly handmade item so please appreciate and understand this. You can view some of my previous custom orders under the Custom Order tab on my website. (Coming soon)
Any custom orders will still remain under Carys Martin Ceramics copyright, which includes the design and glaze. Each item will feature my Makers Mark stamp either or the bottom or the handle. I can incorporate your brand mark as well. Although I will not re-make your exact custom order design for another person, please keep in mind that symbols such as moon phases are widely used and requested. The differences for items such as these would be more subtle, such as placement/ glazing/ style etc. I can discuss this with you during the design phase. Order forms are for one design only, not multiple different designs. When selling/advertising your item, you will need to clearly mention Carys Martin Ceramics as the maker.
All custom orders require a minimum spend of $1500 AUD. Please don’t submit a request for under this amount. This is due to the additional time it takes to create your design and work closely with you on it. (Cups start at wholesale price of $45AUD for a simple carved design on a mug with handle and $60AUD for a simple carved design on a mug with handle plus gold. Other simpler items may be less or complex ones more, this is dependant on your design).
I will email you to let you know if your application is successful. Please keep in mind I run a full time studio, so I am working around various projects at a time. Once you've received this email, a 50 % deposit will be required before work commences. Orders will have a minimum make time of 6 weeks from when the design has been finalised and deposit received. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received. In submitting a custom order form, you agree to all of the above.
