Reflect on the greater message at play here. Recognise your strengths and weaknesses, accept your inner truths and master your thoughts to make positive changes in your daily life. Take time in nature to connect to the rhythms of the earth, to feel grounded and rejuvenated. Contemplation allows you to connect back to yourself and reflect on where you may have lost your way. It gives back power over your own mind and thoughts. Separate what you can control and let go of that you cannot. Find contentment in who you are.
