As part of Redlands Coast AdventureFest, learn how to weave your own stunning small handbag using plastic packing tape - a fun, modern take on traditional basket weaving. Create a bold checkerboard design or a classic all-white bag that’s both functional and beautiful. Slow, satisfying and perfect for beginners and creatives alike.
Held in the welcoming surrounds of Carys Martin Ceramics Studio, all materials are provided along with gentle guidance, shared stories, and space for mindful making. You’ll leave with your completed weaving and the skills to continue exploring weaving at home.
AdventureFest celebrates the Redlands Coast as a place of exploration, culture, and connection - and this workshop offers a creative way to experience the region through weaving, tradition, and hands-on making.
All materials included. Step-by-step instruction throughout.
