Cariad Ritual

My name, Carys, comes from the Welsh word Cariad - meaning love.
A deep, enduring love. The kind that steadies and sustains. Cariad Ritual was born from that root.

This collection is an invitation to live with intention - to create small, meaningful moments that anchor you in your own life. In a world that moves quickly, these pieces are designed to help you pause. To reflect. To choose deliberately.

Each kit centres around a handmade clay piece - formed slowly, fired with care, and created to be used, not simply displayed. Clay is the foundation. The anchor.

Alongside the ceramic piece, you’ll find thoughtful additions chosen to support the ritual: a pure beeswax candle, hand-blended herbs, and natural elements such as a shell or feather that reflect the spirit of the intention. Wherever possible, these components allow me to collaborate with fellow handmade makers, weaving shared craft and community into every release.

Each edition is created in small batches and released intentionally.
No mass production. No permanent line. They are seasonal, considered offerings - pieces to be chosen, lived with, and remembered. Many who collect my work return for future releases, building a personal library of ritual tools over time.

Once an edition is complete, it is not repeated.

Rooted in old wisdom yet grounded in modern life, Cariad Ritual honours the quiet power of small acts - lighting a candle, setting an intention, clearing space, beginning again. Simple. Tactile. Meaningful.
