Every piece is carefully packed and dispatched from my studio in Cleveland, Queensland. As many items are handmade in small batches, I appreciate your patience and support of slow-made craftsmanship.
Shipping
Within Australia
Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $150.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided where available.
International Shipping
I happily ship worldwide.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and parcel size. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Packaging
All orders are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive safely.
Wherever possible, I reuse and recycle packaging materials and work with suppliers who share a commitment to reducing environmental impact.
If your order is a gift, I am happy to include a personal message. Simply leave a note at checkout.
Returns
As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, glaze, texture, and finish are part of the character of the work and are not considered faults.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of both the item and packaging. I will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is returned unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
