Keepers of the Wild Lore is a 48-card oracle deck rooted in the folklore, plant wisdom, and seasonal traditions of the British Isles.

Through hedgerow plants, woodland flowers, herbs, trees, and wild places, the deck invites you into a deeper relationship with the natural world. Each card explores a single plant through its folklore, symbolism, traditional uses, and the wisdom it carries, offering guidance, reflection, and a way of listening that reaches beyond logic alone.

Drawing upon ancestral knowledge, old medicinal traditions, and the enduring bond between people and the land, the deck reveals how plants have long been regarded as teachers, healers, protectors, and guides. Their stories speak of resilience, transformation, nourishment, boundaries, renewal, and the many ways we find our place within the living world.

Created over a number of years as a mother and daughter collaboration, Keepers of the Wild Lore brings together the original paintings of Marleen Morgans and the written work of Carys Martin. Together, they weave folklore, traditional plant knowledge, and nature-based wisdom into an oracle that encourages reflection, connection, and a deeper awareness of the world around us.
