Southern Star Charcoal Discs provide a simple and reliable way to enjoy loose botanicals, resins and incense. Designed to ignite quickly and burn evenly, they create a steady heat that gently releases the natural fragrance of your chosen blend.

Perfect for use with our Close to Earth Botanical Hearth Blends, pure resins including frankincense, myrrh and copal, or your own dried herbs and incense.

How to Use

1. Place a charcoal disc into a heatproof incense burner or bowl filled with sand.

2. Hold the edge of the disc with tongs and light using a match or lighter.

3. Allow the disc to spark across the surface until it becomes coated with a light grey ash (approximately 2–5 minutes).

4. Add a small pinch of your chosen botanical blend or resin to the centre of the disc.

5. Add more as desired throughout the burn.
