A meeting of earth and spirit.
A goddess crowned by ancient stone.
This folklore wall piece draws inspiration from Celtic sacred landscapes, where goddess, land, and stone circles are deeply intertwined. At the centre stands the goddess in quiet presence - a symbol of sovereignty, intuition, and the life-giving force of the earth.
Encircling her are standing stones, echoing ancient stone circles that marked ceremonial sites and places of gathering. These stones represent protection, continuity, and the enduring memory of the land - witnesses to seasons, rituals, and the passing of generations.
Flowing textures and spiral forms weave through her hair and surrounding halo, symbols of cycles, connection, and the unbroken thread between worlds.
Rich patina tones of aged bronze, verdigris, and muted gold give the piece the presence of an artefact shaped by time. The vibrant background evokes sky meeting earth - a meeting place of the physical and spiritual realms.
The artwork is presented in an ornate frame cast from an original antique frame, preserving the character and detail of historic craftsmanship while offering a strong architectural statement.
Both artwork and talisman, this piece offers:
• A tribute to Celtic goddess traditions
• Symbolism inspired by ancient stone circles
• A grounding focal point for altar or sacred spaces
• A statement piece rich in myth and texture
Hang where presence matters.
Let her guard your space and honour the old ways.
