Goddess of Stone and Feather
Inspired by Celtic Lore | Handcrafted Ceramic Figurine
This figure embodies a Celtic goddess of ancient memory—a silent sentinel of stone circles, dusk skies, and owl-flown paths. She is a spirit of the threshold, a keeper of forgotten rites and the quiet power of the land.
Crowned with a headdress of standing stones and encircled by carved monoliths at her feet, she evokes the sacred geometry of sites like Callanish and Carrowmore, where earth and sky converse in silence. These stones, weathered by time and lichen, are more than markers—they are portals. Symbols of endurance, memory, and the old ways.
At her heart rests an owl, the night-sighted messenger of wisdom and transformation. In Celtic myth, the owl is the guide through darkness, the keeper of secrets, and a symbol of feminine power outside the bounds of light and day. Her presence is quiet but commanding—woven with spirals and symbols etched into her robe, representing the ever-turning cycles of birth, death, and rebirth.
This goddess is not named, for she speaks in the language of wind through stone and wings over moss. She is ideal for spaces of ritual, reflection, or ancestral connection—where her gaze may watch over the in-between.
