Tree of Life Mug with Aventurine
Handcrafted Ceramic for Growth, Balance & Sacred Connection
Rooted in ancient symbolism, this hand-sculpted mug features the Tree of Life – its twisting branches reaching skyward, while deep roots stretch into the earth below. A symbol of balance, harmony, and connection between all realms, this sacred tree reminds us of the cycles we all walk: birth, growth, death, and renewal.
Set into the handle is a polished piece of green aventurine, a stone known as the “heart healer” and associated with growth, abundance, and emotional equilibrium. Often carried by those seeking new beginnings or a steady return to centre, aventurine invites peace and gentle forward motion.
With its deep forest hues, calming blues, and natural glaze variations, this mug is a soulful daily companion – whether you're journaling under the moon, grounding with your morning brew, or simply being still with yourself.

The Wisdom of the World Tree...
In Celtic myth, the Tree of Life, or Crann Bethadh, stood at the centre of the world – its roots in the Otherworld, its branches in the heavens, and its trunk connecting all beings in the here and now. It was said to offer protection, guidance, and access to deep ancestral wisdom. The Tree of Life Mug carries that sacred energy forward. With aventurine at your fingertips – a stone of balance, growth, and gentle luck – this piece becomes a living reminder of your place in the great web of life.
These items are handmade at every stage in the making process and so each is unique. From creating the form, to hand making each batch of glaze, to hand carving and hand painting the designs, many variances are found at each stage of the process. Each piece is mindfully created in my studio over a number of weeks, with each finished piece having its own subtle differences. That is the beauty of handmade. These photos are a representation of the piece from this collection you will receive.
