Over the years, I’ve supported many people in growing their businesses. This offering creates a dedicated space for that support - focused, practical, and tailored to you.

Each session is guided by where you are at. We might look at pricing your work with confidence, structuring your workshops, classes or product offerings, or building visibility in a way that feels natural and aligned. We can work through how to balance creativity with admin, marketing, and energy, or focus on turning a creative practice into a sustainable income. Often, the work is about clarifying your next steps when things feel unclear or stuck - and creating a way forward that actually feels achievable.

This is for you if you are looking to grow your business or bring more structure to what you’re already doing. You may be wanting to turn a hobby or creative practice into an income, or strengthen the one you already have. You might be ready to make more of an impact through your work, or feel called to share your skills through workshops, products, or teaching.

It’s also for those wanting to build confidence - to back themselves and recognise that they are capable of creating a successful, sustainable business.

You’ll leave the session with clear direction on your next steps and practical actions you can implement straight away. Most importantly, you’ll have a stronger sense of confidence in your decisions, along with more structure and focus in your business.

Session Details

This is a one-on-one coaching session, 60 minutes in length. Sessions are available in person at the studio or via phone. Options available for longer term packages. Chat to Carys to find out more.

My Experience

I bring a mix of real-world business experience, teaching, and intuitive insight.

I’ve been running my ceramics business for the past 7 years, alongside teaching, workshops, markets, collaborations, and studio management. I’m also a qualified teacher, with a strong understanding of how people learn and grow in confidence.

Before ceramics, I spent over 13 years building and leading a direct sales business, growing a team of more than 150 people with an annual turnover of $2 million+. During that time, I coached and mentored many leaders, supporting them to build strong, sustainable businesses of their own.

Alongside strategy and systems, I work intuitively - helping you see the path forward, recognise what matters, and turn that into practical, achievable steps.
